Welcome to the Cedar Chamber of Commerce

In the heart of Leelanau County

Cedar is a small town with a big heart. With a rich Polish history and its central location in the Leelanau Peninsula, Cedar is a popular place year round. Locals and Tourists alike love the quaint and simple atmosphere that can only exist in a town like Cedar.

Come Visit Our Little Village of Cedar

The Village of Cedar has been established as a major crossroads within Leelanau County. This town is most famous for its polish heritage and the annual Polka festival, but they also have a charming downtown area to enjoy. The spirit of the village reminds a person of quintessential small-town living. Next time you are passing through, consider stopping in Cedar to stroll through the downtown shops. You can enjoy a cone at the Blue Moon ice cream shop, grab a slice of pizza from Buntings, or belly up for a cold one at the Cedar Tavern.
