Guidelines:
1. As the Budget allows, no more than seven $1500 scholarships to be granted through the Scholarship Advisory Committee.
2. Scholarship applications forms will be accepted from any current high school senior, but must be received by the Advisory Committee, no later than 5 pm on the last Friday in April of the current year. Applications to be submitted to
cedarhamber@gmail.com.
3. Application requirements are listed below.
4. The Scholarship Funds will be sent directly to the student, upon receiving written verification that the student has enrolled in the stated institution, and has been in attendance for a minimum of 3 weeks.
5. Should the student not use the funds within twelve (12 months) of being awarded, the monies shall be returned to the Scholarship fund.
6. To protect the privacy of the individuals who apply for our scholarship, the decision made by the Scholarship Advisory Committee will be final and may not be questioned or appealed.

1. Scholarship Application
2. Information packet from your school including official transcripts from grades 9-12
3. Three (3) letters of reference.
4. Community Service Statement- Required service in the community of Cedar
5. Community Service Essay
6. SAT/ACT/FAFSA score (optional)
